Connect TikTok Events API

The TikTok Events API enables server-side event tracking for TikTok Ads. Arqam360 forwards consent events, and sends nothing to TikTok when marketing consent is declined.
Prerequisites
- A TikTok for Business account
- A TikTok Pixel ID
- An Events API access token
- An Arqam360 Pro or Managed plan

Go to Integrations
Navigate to Integrations in your dashboard.

Select TikTok Events API
Click the TikTok card and click 'Connect'.

Enter credentials
Provide your Pixel ID and access token.

Test and enable
Click 'Test Connection', then toggle the integration on.
Visitors who decline marketing
When a visitor declines marketing consent, Arqam360 sends nothing about them to TikTok: no event, no IP address, no browser details. TikTok's Limited Data Mode is not used, because the event would still carry that data.
TikTok Events API events are sent server-side, providing reliable tracking even when browser-based TikTok Pixel is blocked by ad blockers.
