All eight tools compared for Saudi Arabia and the UAE

What is the best Cookiebot alternative for a store in Saudi Arabia or the UAE?

For a store in Saudi Arabia or the UAE, a Cookiebot alternative should install as an app on Salla, Zid or Shopify, show an Arabic, right-to-left banner, bill in riyals or dirhams, pass each visitor's choice to Google Consent Mode v2 and keep a dated record of every decision. Arqam360 does all five, with a free plan.

Which one fits

Which one fits a Saudi or GCC store?

You sell on Salla or Zid
Arqam360 installs as a native app on both, sets Arabic as the default language and puts the banner on your storefront without code. Cookiebot has no Salla app, so on Salla its script goes into your theme by hand.
You want to pay in riyals
Arqam360 bills in Saudi riyals and 12 other currencies, and through Salla's or Zid's own billing when you install from their app stores. Cookiebot's pricing page offers eight currencies — euro, Swiss franc, Danish, Norwegian and Swedish krone, pound sterling, złoty and US dollar — and no Gulf currency.
You need many languages
Cookiebot translates its banner into 48 languages. Arqam360 is built for Arabic and English.

Pricing in detail

How each one charges

The two tools measure a store differently. Cookiebot counts subpages — every unique URL on a domain — and bills each domain separately; if its scanner finds more subpages than your plan allows, the plan moves up a tier. Arqam360 counts pageviews and domains. A store with a large catalogue has many product URLs, so it is worth checking both against your own numbers.

Arabic

Arabic support, compared fairly

Cookiebot does support Arabic: it is one of the 48 languages its banner text is translated into, and Cookiebot shows the language that matches the visitor's browser. We found no Cookiebot page that describes its right-to-left layout, so we make no claim about it either way — test it on your own store. Arqam360's difference is where it starts: installed from Salla or Zid, the banner opens in Arabic, right to left, with buttons that read «قبول الكل» and «رفض الكل».

Where Arqam360 is built differently

Written around Saudi PDPL

A Saudi PDPL guide, a cookie-policy template in Arabic and English, and banner defaults chosen for Saudi stores. Arqam360 does not make a store compliant on its own — no consent banner does.

Arabic by default on Salla and Zid

Install from Salla or Zid and Arabic is the banner's default language, laid out right to left, with buttons written in Arabic: «قبول الكل» and «رفض الكل».

Salla, Zid + Shopify

The only CMP with native Salla integration. Also a native app on Zid and on the Shopify App Store.
