8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.
9. Partner Programme
These terms apply to anyone approved as a referral partner. Approval is at our discretion, and applying does not create an agreement.
What you earn. 20% of what a referred customer actually pays us, for 12 months from their first paid invoice — not from the day they signed up, so a long trial does not consume your term. Your rate and term are fixed at the moment each referral is recorded, so renegotiating later never re-prices a referral you have already made.
What does not earn. Commission is a share of payment, so a customer who stays on the free plan earns you nothing. We say this plainly here rather than let you discover it after three referrals.
Attribution. A customer belongs to whoever brought them and is never reassigned. Where a marketplace install carries no referral code, the customer may enter your code themselves within 30 days of creating their account, provided no commission has already accrued for them.
Protected deals. An approved partner may register a client's website from their dashboard. For 90 days from registration, a Managed purchase for that website is attributed to the partner even if the client never used the partner's link. The first partner to register a website holds it for those 90 days; registering again does not extend the period.
We sell for you. You may simply introduce a client. We then run the sales call (in Arabic, English or French), the installation and the re-scan, and the referral earns as above.
When it becomes payable. Commission matures 30 days after it accrues, so a refund inside that window reverses cleanly. Payouts are made by bank transfer once matured. For customers billed by Shopify, Salla or Zid we derive the amount from the plan price and reconcile against the platform's own payout before paying, so those figures are estimates until reconciled.
How you may not refer. No cold email, no unsolicited messages on LinkedIn or any other network, no automated outreach, and no bidding on "Arqam360" or close variants in any ad auction. Do not present yourself as us. Referrals must come from people who asked you for advice. We apply these rules to ourselves, and a partner who breaks them damages a reputation we share.
Say that you are a partner. Wherever you recommend us — a review, an article, a proposal to a client, a social post — say clearly that you are an Arqam360 partner and earn a commission on referrals. An undisclosed recommendation is a breach of these terms.
Ending it. Either side may end the arrangement at any time. Commission already earned on referrals made before that point is still paid; self-referrals and referrals obtained in breach of the conduct rules above are void.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the service.
