For developers and agencies

A second income from every website you deliver

You build the site. We set up the consent banner, connect it to Google and Meta, and keep it running. Your client pays us directly, and you earn 20% of what they pay for twelve months.

Saudi Arabia’s PDPL grace period closed in September 2024 and SDAIA has been issuing enforcement decisions since. If you build or run websites for clients in the Gulf — a shop, a booking site, a corporate site, anything that loads a tracker — the question is landing on you. This is a way to answer it, and earn from it, without becoming a compliance vendor.

Run a scan in the meeting

Point the free scanner at a client site and read the result out. It names the trackers firing without consent, on their own domain, in Arabic or English.

Hand over the report

The scan produces a PDF carrying their domain, in either language. Forward it, or bring it to the next meeting as your own finding.

The client pays us, you keep a cut

No reselling, no wholesale seats, no invoicing us. The client subscribes directly and you earn 20% of what they actually pay, for twelve months.

The terms

Short enough to forward in a message.

  • 20% of what the customer actually pays
  • Twelve months from their first paid invoice, not from signup
  • Paid in the currency the customer was billed in
  • Payable 30 days after it accrues, so refunds reverse cleanly
  • Protected deal: register your client's site; for 90 days they're yours, even without your link
  • We sell for you: you introduce, we run the call (Arabic, English or French), the install and the re-scan

You never hold the billing relationship: the client subscribes with us directly, and we pay you your share. Most agencies told us that is exactly how they want it.

What a referral is worth

Commission is a share of what the client actually pays, so it follows their plan. We have a free tier, and it is a real product — but a client who stays on it pays nothing, so it earns you nothing. Point us at the merchants who need the paid work.

Client planYou earn / monthOver the twelve months
Managed · $99.99/mo + $299 setup$20$299.78
Pro · $29.99/mo$6$71.98
Starter · $9.99/mo$2$23.98

Managed is the one worth aiming at: we run the setup, the scans and the policies for the client, which is usually the part you do not want to own. Pro suits a site that just needs the banner done properly. Both earn; Managed pays roughly three times as much each month, and more in the first year once the setup fee counts.

Partners are approved by hand

Nobody is approved automatically, on purpose — we would rather know who is putting our name in front of their clients. Two steps:

  1. 1Create a free account — it takes a minute, and it is where you will watch your referrals and what they have earned.
  2. 2Tell us what you build and for whom. We approve by hand — and your link works from the moment you apply, so nothing you send in the meantime is lost.

Read the partner terms — rate, attribution, payout and conduct.

Wherever you recommend us, say that you are an Arqam360 partner.
