Set Up Triggered Flows

Last updated: March 18, 20265 min readIntermediateBrand

Triggered flows are event-driven automations. When a specific event occurs, a flow can fire a webhook, add the user to a segment, or remove them from one.

What Are Triggered Flows?

A triggered flow watches for a specific event (e.g., 'purchase', 'consent_update', 'page_view') and automatically executes one or more actions when that event fires.

Available Actions

  • Fire a webhook — Send event data to any URL
  • Add to segment — Add the user to a specific segment
  • Remove from segment — Remove the user from a segment
