Salla Store Setup Guide (Complete)
This guide walks you through the complete Arqam360 setup for Salla stores. The entire process takes about 5 minutes, and most steps are automatic. Your domain is auto-created during installation — no manual setup needed.
Install the Arqam360 app (تثبيت التطبيق)
Install the Arqam360 app on your Salla store. There is nothing to paste and no separate sign-up.
OAuth Authorization (تفويض OAuth)
After clicking Install, Salla will ask you to authorize the app. This grants Arqam360 the permissions needed to display the consent widget on your store. Authorization is automatic — just click Approve.
Widget Appears on Your Store (يظهر الويدجت على متجرك)
Once authorized, Arqam360 auto-provisions your account: creates your user, subscription, API key, and domain. The consent widget automatically appears on your Salla store — no code changes needed.
Customize Banner in Dashboard (تخصيص البانر من لوحة التحكم)
Open the Arqam360 dashboard from within Salla admin. Go to the Widget tab to customize colors, position, text, and language. Changes are live immediately.
Verify Consent is Recording (تأكد من تسجيل الموافقات)
Visit your store in a browser, interact with the consent banner, then check the Consent Logs tab in the dashboard. You should see your consent record appear within seconds.
Customize Your Banner (تخصيص البانر)
From the Widget tab in your Arqam360 dashboard, you can customize the banner appearance, position (bottom bar, modal, floating), colors to match your brand, consent text in Arabic and English, and category labels. All changes apply immediately to your live Salla store.
Verify Consent is Recording (التحقق من التسجيل)
Open the Consent Logs tab in your dashboard. Visit your Salla store in a new browser or incognito window, interact with the consent banner, then refresh the Consent Logs page. Your consent record should appear with the timestamp, consent choices, and visitor metadata.
Arabic RTL Support (دعم العربية)
Arqam360 automatically detects your Salla store's language setting. For Arabic stores, the consent banner renders in full RTL mode with Arabic translations. You can also switch languages manually from the Widget tab or let visitors choose their preferred language.
